Pavel Zhidkov

Pavel Zhidkov is a seasoned financial operations professional currently serving as the Financial Operations & Payments Team Lead at Tango since June 2022. With a robust background in managing payments and compliance operations on a global scale, Pavel oversees a 24/7 team and leads initiatives in anti-fraud machine learning, performance quality control, and skills development. Previous roles include Finance Manager and Senior Finance Manager at MegaSource, where Pavel enhanced financial recording methods and managed cash flow. Earlier experience encompasses various operational and educational roles, including developing CRM systems and leading groups during challenging periods.
