Lathan Lewis

Lathan Lewis has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Lathan is currently working as the CTO of Business Development at Tango Networks since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the CTO of Product at ESW Capital from November 2018 to October 2022. Lathan also has extensive experience at Tango Networks, starting out as the Lead Architect and Product Manager in 2005. Lathan later transitioned to roles such as VP of Product Architecture and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), before eventually becoming the SVP of Engineering and Operations. During their tenure at Tango Networks, Lathan played a key role in strategic decision-making, transitioning the company's business model from software as a product to software as a service, and enabling the company to become a regulated telecom services provider. Before joining Tango Networks, Lathan worked at Nortel in various roles such as Software Engineer, Software Architect, and Product Manager: Enterprise Security. During their time at Nortel, Lathan gained valuable experience in telecom and software development, pushing the boundaries of enterprise PBX systems and ensuring compliance with government security guidelines.

Lathan Lewis completed an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained an MS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
