Lesley Ann Calhoun

Lesley Ann Calhoun is executive vice president and chief financial officer at Aligos Therapeutics. During her tenure, she has led the company’s capital market activities, cultivating banking and investor relationships, and is responsible for oversight of all financial aspects of the company’s transition from a research organization to clinical development and ultimately to commercialization. Lesley is currently board treasurer at the California Life Sciences Institute. Prior to Aligos, Lesley served as senior vice president of finance & administration and chief accounting officer at Global Blood Therapeutics, where she led financial and accounting functions for the company’s transition from private to public, and development stage to commercialization of products for orphan diseases. Before that, Lesley held numerous finance roles at various biotechnology companies. Ms. Calhoun was a member of the audit practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Ms. Calhoun holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Francisco State University, College of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
