Svetlana Shustrova

Svetlana Shustrova is an experienced HR Recruitment Manager currently leading recruitment efforts for Tango Me's new St. Petersburg office, focusing on sourcing high-class developers and engineers in mobile, audio/video IP, QA, and Java backend domains since June 2014. Previously, Svetlana served as a Recruitment Consultant for IT and Telecom at Adecco Group from April 2013 to June 2014, managing full-cycle IT recruitment. Prior experience also includes a role as Recruitment Consultant at BusinessLink Personnel, where Svetlana successfully executed recruitment projects across various sectors, including Production, Sales, IT, Logistics, and Administration. Svetlana holds a degree in Sociology of Political and Social Processes from Saint-Petersburg State University, obtained from 2001 to 2006.
