Arnaldo Merino

Arnaldo Merino has extensive experience in quality assurance and technology, currently serving as QA Manager for rTEM technology at Tangoe since January 2011, where responsibilities include participating in functional design meetings and defining solution test strategies. Previously, Arnaldo worked as a Senior QA Analyst at Videotron from January 2009 to December 2010, focusing on billing and rating for the company's 3G project. At Accenture, from February 2006 to December 2008, Arnaldo was a Senior QA Analyst and team lead, managing QA efforts for clients such as Telus, Alcan, and Bank of America. Earlier roles include QA Analyst at Orange Business Services and various positions at Andersen Consulting, where project involvement included telecom companies in Argentina. Arnaldo began a career as a programmer at Banco Cooperativo de Caseros from 1984 to 1993. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from UADE and specialized training in SAP/R3 Technical Development and French as a second language.
