Patricia Kelly

Patricia Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and service delivery, currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager for Unified Endpoint Management at Tangoe since May 2013. In this role, Patricia manages client action items associated with various platforms and leads a team of software engineers. Prior to Tangoe, Patricia held multiple positions at Sun Life Financial from February 2000 to April 2013, including Associate Director of Project Management. Key achievements at Sun Life include managing the multi-million dollar rollout of a medical underwriting system, implementing a multilingual website for offshore brokers, and overseeing the introduction of iPads to the sales team with MDM software. Patricia holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bentley University, as well as a certification in Project Management from Boston University.
