Sam was a Senior Advisor & Shareholder of Armor Payments (now part of Payoneer), where they played a key role in defining opportunities for online escrow functionality for financial providers. Sam also worked at NASDAQ Private Market, where they were a founding team member and Senior Vice President, responsible for the broker dealer network, site content, and partnerships. Sam was a Co-Founder, Founding COO & EVP at SharesPost, the largest platform for buying and selling private company shares. Sam started their career at Sun Microsystems as the Head of Java Corporate Development, leading acquisitions and venture investments.
