Software Systems Engineer at Tangram Flex

Carl Heritage has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Carl began their career as a Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams Paints in 1999. In 2001, they became a Photogrammetrist at Kucera International. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Photogrammetrist at Woolpert, where they compiled data from aerial photography for use in creating all types of maps according to client specifications. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Junior Software Engineer at Wurth Electronics, where they developed test environment software for quality checking circuit boards and maintained and expanded functionality of in-house business management software. In 2015, they became a Software Engineer at Altamira Technologies Corporation, where they monitored end-to-end dataflow running on distributed computing software, maintained functionality and troubleshooting of errors and data, and liaised with clients and data end users to ensure data availability and customer service. Most recently, in 2021, Carl Heritage began working as a Software Systems Engineer at Tangram Flex.

Carl Heritage obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Wright State University in 2016, with a minor in Mathematics. Carl then went on to receive their Master's degree in Computer Science from Wright State University in 2021. In addition, they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute-Youngstown in 2001. Carl also holds a Security + certification from CompTIA.
