Jeremy Pagaran began their work experience in 2007 as a General Laborer at ConAgra Foods. Jeremy then worked as a Field Produce Inspector at Kroger in 2009 before becoming a Production Intern at Sakata Seeds America in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Shipping and Receiving Intern at Christopher Ranch LLC. Jeremy then joined CoBank as a Credit Analyst Intern in 2012. In 2013, they became a Commodity Finance Analyst at Dole Food Company. In 2014, Jeremy joined Tanimura & Antle, where they held various roles including Harvest Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Controller, and currently serves as the Operations Finance Director.

Jeremy Pagaran attended multiple educational institutions and obtained various qualifications in the field of accounting and agribusiness. Jeremy completed a Certificate Program in Accounting from UC Berkeley Extension from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Agribusiness from Arizona State University between 2011 and 2013. Jeremy's undergraduate studies were conducted at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Marketing from 2008 to 2011. Before transferring to Cal Poly, they completed an Associate of Arts degree in Transfer Studies at Cuesta College from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Certified Management Accountant: CMA institution in July 2021.
