Dave Schill

Dave Schill has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Dave began their career at Tanis Brush in 1993 as a Sales representative, where they focused on growing and developing new accounts. In their role as a Sales Marketing Executive at Tanis Incorporated from 1998 to 2011, they managed a dynamic sales team, developed new accounts and relationships, and implemented marketing initiatives. Dave also played a key role in upgrading marketing materials and creating the company's first website. In 2012, Dave joined Tanis Brush again, this time as the National Sales Manager, responsible for hiring, training, and managing a group of independent manufacturing sales representatives across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Dave worked closely with the independent sales reps to build an effective distribution channel and grow business in the industrial distribution sector. In 2021, they moved up to become the Director of Sales before becoming the Chief Operations Officer in November 2022. Additionally, Dave has served as the President of Pewaukee Basketball Club, Inc., a non-profit youth basketball organization since 1994.

Dave Schill attended Carroll University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree. Dave specialized in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
