Barclay Bicksler has extensive experience in customer success and technical support, currently serving as Director of Customer Success Engineering and Director of Technical Account Management at Tanium since October 2018. Previously, Barclay was the Director of Customer Success at Envision, overseeing support and implementation teams, and held senior management roles at Apptio, Verdiem Corporation, Insightful Corporation, Epicor|CRS Retail, Earthlink, Mindspring, and PSINet, developing market-leading customer satisfaction and managing large support teams. Barclay holds a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
