Bina Chaurasia

In her role as Chief Administrative and Operating Officer, Bina Chaurasia is responsible for leading the company’s vision and strategy around our people, as well as developing and implementing all people enablement initiatives in support of our overall strategic direction in human resources; sales, technical and leadership enablement; and global real estate, among other things.

Bina was most recently SVP and Chief HR Officer at Ericsson, where she was instrumental in building a global human resource function and developing and implementing the people strategy to support the business transformation. Bina has deep expertise in human resources, working across diverse sectors with companies including Hewlett Packard, Gap, Inc., Sun Microsystems and PepsiCo/Yum!.

In addition to her leadership role at Tanium, Bina also serves on the board of directors of BJ’s Restaurants, Inc.

Bina holds a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Masters in Management and Human Resources from Ohio State University.
