Erika Haydon is a seasoned User Experience Designer with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as a Staff User Experience Designer at Tanium since July 2018, Erika leads the design experience for multiple products, emphasizing flexibility and user-centered design within a small team. Prior experience includes working as a Senior User Experience Designer at Lenovo, where Erika focused on the worldwide digital support experience, advocating for user-centered research and design. Erika has also held creative leadership positions at BLDG25 and Green Team, managing creative deliverables and agency vision, and served as an Associate Creative Director at TracyLocke, overseeing branding projects for major clients. With a BFA in Communications Design from Syracuse University, Erika has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing effective communication tools and strategies throughout a diverse career.
