Felix Sanchez

Felix Sanchez is a skilled technical professional with extensive experience in account management and IT support. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Account Management at Tanium since April 2020, Felix has previously held roles including Technical Account Manager and Associate Technical Account Manager within the same organization. Prior to Tanium, Felix worked at Santa Monica Seafood from August 2017 to April 2020 as an IT Technician, leading projects that involved Powershell scripting, software license audits, and mass software deployments, as well as improving workstation setup processes and user training. Felix gained initial experience as an IT Helpdesk Intern at IMAX in early 2017, providing support for computer systems and software. Felix's career began at McDonald's, where exceptional customer service was delivered as a Crew Member. Felix holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology with a focus on Homeland Security from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
