Ruben Rabago

Ruben Rabago is a seasoned professional in customer success and strategic advisory roles, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Tanium since February 2025. In addition, Ruben holds positions as Chief Advisor at Customer Revelations and Strategic Advisor at SV Academy, both since 2023 and 2020 respectively. Ruben contributes to the University of San Francisco School of Management as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Customer Success and Insights MBA Program. Previous experience includes roles as Head of Customer Success at AudiencePlus, Chief Customer Officer at Intellum, and Chief Strategist at Gainsight, where contributions significantly impacted growth from $1.2 million ARR to over $100 million and facilitated a $1.1 billion exit.
