Shawn Sheridan, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, and Customer Engagement at Tanium since August 2019. With a focus on building strategic partnerships with key customers and maximizing business value, Shawn has played a critical role in developing a High-Touch Customer Success model. In addition, Shawn contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey, teaching courses in Marketing and Digital Media. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Doximity, where achievements included significantly improving client retention rates and establishing a successful Client Success team. Shawn holds an MBA from Purdue University, specializing in Marketing and Organizational Behavior, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Economics from The College of New Jersey.
