Zane Abdulla is an experienced professional in customer support and global escalations, currently serving as Director of Global Escalations at Tanium since August 2021, after previously holding the position of Sr. Manager at the Global Support Center. Prior to Tanium, Zane worked at WorkForce Software from October 2017 to July 2021 as Manager of Customer Success/Global Support and spent nearly two decades at Thomson Reuters, where Zane held several roles, ultimately becoming Head of Customer Support for the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. Zane's educational background includes a Masters of Science in Information Systems and an MBA in Global Leadership & Management from Lawrence Technological University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Wayne State University.
