Matthew Pearce

Matthew Pearce has a diverse work experience history. Matthew started their career as a Project Engineer at TANN Corporation in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Retroflex Inc as a Mechanical Engineer from February 2021 to April 2022, where they were responsible for developing design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, among other tasks. Before that, Matthew gained experience as a Mechanical/Design Engineer Intern at Jacobs from April 2019 to October 2020. Matthew also served as a Food Production Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2017, where they worked in a team environment to prepare and cook large quantities of food. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Summer Packaging Tech at Great Northern Corporation in 2017, where they performed various tasks on the production floor. Matthew began their career at WG&R Furniture as a Warehouse Attendant from July 2014 to July 2016, where they assisted customers with furniture and handled warehouse operations.

Matthew Pearce completed their secondary education at Appleton North High School from 2012 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 2016 to 2020.
