Matthew Pearce has a diverse work experience history. Matthew started their career as a Project Engineer at TANN Corporation in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Retroflex Inc as a Mechanical Engineer from February 2021 to April 2022, where they were responsible for developing design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, among other tasks. Before that, Matthew gained experience as a Mechanical/Design Engineer Intern at Jacobs from April 2019 to October 2020. Matthew also served as a Food Production Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2017, where they worked in a team environment to prepare and cook large quantities of food.
