Maryann Stallone serves as a Partner and commercial litigator at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP, where extensive experience spanning over a decade has been dedicated to advising business entities and executives on complex business disputes across various forums, including state and federal courts, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. Previously, Maryann held the position of Associate within the same firm, specializing in complex commercial litigation involving a wide array of legal issues. Prior to that, Maryann worked as a Litigation Paralegal at both JP Morgan Chase and White & Case. Educational qualifications include a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Manhattan University.
