Wayne Senfeld

EVP, Behavioral Health at Tanner Health System

Promoted to Executive Vice President of behavioral health and business development in 2012, Senfeld is responsible for Willowbrooke at Tanner’s inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. He received a 2012 GHA Healthcare Heroes Award for his rigorous advocacy of patient care in the area of mental health, along with his outstanding progress in behavioral health program growth in the west Georgia area. Senfeld joined the Tanner team in 1998 as a program manager and served in various positions before becoming the administrator of Willowbrooke at Tanner in 2008. Senfeld has since earned GHA’s Community Leadership Award and was elected to the Georgia Hospital Association’s Board of Trustees. He currently serves as the GHA’s board chair for the Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Division committee and on Georgia's Behavioral Health Reform and Innovation Commission.
