Tannery Studios was designed to support creative businesses in Surrey, with scalable, flexible packages for office space and studios. By offering creatively focused business services, events, advice and information on access to funding on site, we put everything you need in one place.  In addition, there's an onsite video recording green room, with a sound studio being opened shortly.

The serviced offices can be rented with flexible and scalable contracts, and come with a range of modern equipment and facilities. As well as high speed fibre optic WiFi – available both inside and outside – there is a choice of furnishings and equipment available. Alternatively, you can bring your own if you’re looking to rent an unfurnished office space.
