Dan Sutton

Dan Sutton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dan served as the CEO of Tantalus Labs, a top 25 Canadian LP specializing in cannabis. As a panelist at BOTEC Analysis, LLC, they spoke about the importance of social commerce and opportunities in cannabis technology. Dan also had the privilege of speaking at TEDx Vancouver 2015. Additionally, they worked as a strategic advisor at Blockchain Tech LTD, aiming to develop and apply blockchain technology in various markets. Prior to that, they were an investor relations manager and financial analyst at CounterPath and Vice President of Communications at VICO Energy Corp. Dan also served as the Vice President of Finance at Thorium One International Limited. As part of their work there, they were involved in the listing process for Canadian Stock Exchanges. Furthermore, they were involved in investor relations at Rare Earth Industries, focusing on non-dilutive capital and value-added strategies.

Dan Sutton attended St. George's High School from 1993 to 2004, where they completed their high school education. Following this, from 2004 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Victoria.
