Galen Elfert

Galen Elfert is a skilled professional with extensive experience in software development and audio engineering. With a background in systems engineering and music, Galen has held positions as a Linux Developer at Tantalus Systems since June 2018 and previously from January 2016 to August 2017. Galen also worked as a Software Design Engineer at Microsemi Corporation for a brief period in late 2017, and as a Composer/Recording Engineer at Mothcow Studio for ten years. Earlier work experience includes roles as an A/V Technician at Simon Fraser University and a Technician at Sharp's Audio Visual. Galen earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Systems Engineering from Simon Fraser University in 2019 and also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Music from the same institution, completed in 2010.
