Rick Szijarto

Rick Szijarto has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rick began their career in 1994 at Cast Group, where they held various roles including Vice President of Software Development and later Executive Vice President. From 2005 to 2008, Rick worked at GroundsWell Consulting as a Management and Technical Consultant. Rick then joined Energate Inc. in 2008 and held several positions such as Senior Engineer, Director of Interoperability and Utility Solutions, and Vice President of Business Development and Solutions. In 2013, Rick became the Vice President of Customer Solutions and Product Management at Energate Inc. Rick later joined Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology as a Course Developer and Instructor from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Rick is working at Tantalus Systems as the Director of Solution Marketing since 2017.

Rick Szijarto completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University from 1989 to 1995. Rick later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Queen's University in the year 2004, finishing in 2005.
