Venessa M. has had an extensive career in the field of people operations and promotion. Venessa began their career in 2001 as an HR Manager for The Hagan-Ricci Group (HRG). In 2011, they became a Brand Ambassador for Hart Agency. In 2015, they transitioned to a Promotional Specialist / Brand Ambassador role at New Ground Promotions (NGP). In 2019, they moved to Tanteo Spirits LLC where they served as a Brand Ambassador. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Raft as a People Operations Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator.

Venessa M. attended Western New England University, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, they graduated from The Harvey School with a High School degree.
