Autumn Tarter

Autumn Tarter is a seasoned professional in organizational development and change management, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Specialist at Bechtel Corporation since May 2022 and as an Organizational Change Lead at Tantus Technologies, Inc. since November 2019. With a diverse background that includes roles at HCL Technologies as an Organizational Change Manager and at Corporate Health Partners as a Program Manager, Autumn has extensive experience in leading change initiatives, designing performance management systems, and managing health programs. Early career experience includes financial analysis and project support at USDA, teaching at Georgetown University, and accounting at Warner, Inc.
