David Mattos has a diverse work experience in the field of IT, spanning over several years. Additionally, David served as a Technical Consultant for the SE2020 contract with the FAA, where they played a critical role in setting up the IT infrastructure for the Program Management Office.

Earlier in their career, David worked as an Adjunct Professor at Strayer University, teaching computer information systems, systems analysis, .NET programming, database management, and basic PC skills. David also served as an advisor for students' capstone projects in various disciplines.

David began their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they held the positions of Regulatory Analyst and ITSS Team Lead. As a Regulatory Analyst, they developed time and budget tracking tools and performed technical research on software packages. David also led the standardization effort for a tracking system and database used for government reporting. In their role as ITSS Team Lead, David provided IT hardware and software troubleshooting and support, including executive support for senior company officials. David also developed a database to track the company's IT inventory.

David Mattos has a diverse education history in the field of information technology. David obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems from Strayer University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems at the same university, studying from 2002 to 2004.
