Melissa Fieldhouse

Program Manager at Tantus Technologies

Melissa Fieldhouse has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Melissa started their career at Eckerd Drugs in 1980 as a Store Manager, where they remained until 1990. Following that, they joined SF&C in 1990 as the Director of Information Technology, a position they held until 2010. During their time at SF&C, they also worked at The Mather Companies as a Billing & Enrollment Manager from 1995 to 1997.

In 2008, Melissa took on the role of Secretary at MCTA Horse Trials, a position they held until 2011.

Melissa then joined Edaptive Systems, LLC in 2012 as a Senior Business Analyst until 2014, after which they became the Requirements Director for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Contracts until 2016.

In 2016, Melissa joined ManTech as a Program Director, where they worked until 2017.

Currently, they are employed at Tantus Technologies, Inc. as both a Governance Lead since 2017 and a Program Manager since 2018.

Melissa Fieldhouse attended Rising Sun High School from 1974 to 1979. Melissa did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Melissa obtained the Certification of Competency in Business Analysis from the IIBA in March 2014. In the same month, they also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance. In March 2013, Melissa received the certification for Critical Thinking in Global Challenges from Coursera. Additionally, they obtained the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2018. The latest certification they obtained is the SAFe Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2020.
