Ryan Rees (MBA) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan is currently the Director of Federal Health Strategy at Tantus Technologies, Inc. where they work with a dynamic and mission-oriented team. Prior to this, Ryan served as the Managing Director for Federal Civilian & Health Programs at Stucan Solutions, where they provided executive coaching and strategic operations and technology business growth strategies for federal and commercial markets.

Ryan also worked at Cybermedia Technologies, Inc. (CTEC) where they held the position of Director of Federal Civilian & Health Programs and Director of Operations. Ryan was responsible for managing multiple technology programs for federal clients, including the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, and Department of Commerce.

In addition, Ryan worked as an Account Manager - Federal at Black Turtle Services and Director of Business Development at CTEC. Early in their career, they served as a Consultant / Software Engineer at Sabre Systems, Inc., where they provided full software development life-cycle support services for various federal clients.

Ryan's work experience also includes serving as a Program Manager at Census and a Software Engineer at Xpedior, Inc., where they developed enterprise software applications and served as the lead integration analyst and data administrator.

Throughout their career, Ryan has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead teams, develop effective strategies, and deliver successful outcomes for clients in both the federal and commercial sectors.

Ryan Rees earned their M.B.A. in Business IT & Organizational Strategy from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a B.B.A. degree in Computer Information Systems and Marketing Information Systems from James Madison University, attending from 1995 to 2000. In addition, Ryan has also obtained two additional certifications: Program Management Professional from PMI in September 2014, and CMMI SCAMPI from SEI in May 2012.
