Will Pauls

Will Pauls is an experienced professional in statistics and database analysis, currently serving as the Lead Database Analyst at Tantus Technologies, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Will worked as a Statistician contractor for Diati Staffing, contributing to Novavax, and held the position of Database Analyst at Zolon Tech Inc. from January 2020 to January 2023, where compliance reviews for over 30 USDA systems were completed. Will has a strong background in statistical consulting, evidenced by work at STEM Midwest Consulting leading biostatistical analyses on NIH-funded projects. In earlier roles, Will gained experience in various capacities at the City of Olathe and University of Kansas Recreational Services. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Statistics and Analytics from the University of Kansas Medical Center and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with minors in Business and Math from The University of Kansas.
