Edwardo Betancourt has extensive experience in facilities management and mechanical maintenance. Currently serving as Lead Maintenance Mechanic and Senior Facilities Engineer at Tanvex Biopharma USA, Inc. since August 2019, Edwardo oversees maintenance operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. Previously, as Assistant Chief Engineer at CBRE from November 2017 to August 2019, Edwardo managed ten properties, including corporate offices and biotech facilities, focusing on central plant maintenance and tenant improvements. Edwardo's career began at Sharp HealthCare as a Plant Operator from June 2008 to November 2017, where responsibilities included managing HVAC systems and ensuring fire life safety compliance. Edwardo holds a POST Certification in Law Enforcement from Southwestern Community College District and a high school diploma from Hilltop Senior High School.
