James has held various leadership positions in notable companies such as Tanvex Biopharma USA, AMETEK, Allergan (formerly Actavis PLC & Watson Pharmaceuticals), Power Paragon Division of L3, Arrow Electronics, Northern Produce, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In their most recent role as Corporate Controller & VP of Finance at Tanvex Biopharma USA, James managed a $65M+ annual budget and led a high-impact team in analysis, forecasting, and revenue strategy development. James successfully overhauled budgeting operations and implemented clear reporting practices to drive cross-departmental alignment and financial accountability.

Prior to that, as a Business Unit Controller at AMETEK, James directed multiple units with operating budgets up to $140M. James achieved a 25% revenue increase by implementing strategic target analysis, evaluating product margins, and optimizing processes. James also improved forecasting accuracy to 97% through enhanced analysis tactics and refined internal methodologies.

Before joining AMETEK, James held progressive roles at Allergan (formerly Actavis PLC & Watson Pharmaceuticals), where they oversaw 40 production plants worldwide and managed the international supply chain, influencing $20B+ in annual revenue. James played a key role in the successful acquisition of Actavis PLC by Watson Pharmaceuticals.

James also has experience as an Operations Controller at Power Paragon Division of L3, Director of Finance at Arrow Electronics, and Controller at Northern Produce. James started their career as a Staff Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
