Karthik K. Mahalingam is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer & Head of Investments at tanX.fi. Prior to this, Karthik held the title of Head of Corporate Legal, Corporate Governance and Secretarial at Flipkart. Karthik's previous roles include being an Equity Partner and National Practice Head at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, as well as Director of Legal at Omidyar Network. Karthik is a highly educated professional with degrees from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management, National Law School of India University, and Harvard Business School. Karthik has extensive experience in corporate law and strategic matters, as well as in venture capital and entrepreneurship.
