Jo-Lene Hand

Jo-Lene Hand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, customer experience, and operations within the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Web Projects at TAO Group since September 2021, Jo-Lene previously held multiple leadership roles at Hakkasan Group from March 2013 to November 2021, including Director of Project Management and Director of Customer Experience. Earlier career highlights include positions at Angel Management Group as Sr Marketing Manager & Assistant to VP of Marketing, and various roles at Crystals Retail & Entertainment District and CityCenter. Jo-Lene holds a degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of North Florida.
