Neil's career also includes roles such as Domestic Production Manager at Harkham Industries and General Manager of Adictive Style, where strategic product sourcing and compliance management were key responsibilities. Neil’s adeptness in overseeing production processes, vendor relationships, and quality control has contributed significantly to the profitability and efficiency of each organization.
