Kyle Jones

Kyle Jones has a diverse work experience that includes roles in onboarding, marketing, and technical support. In their role as an Onboarding Specialist at Taos since 2012, they have been responsible for onboarding users of the client to their respective systems. In their previous role as a Marketing Intern at Fiberguide Industries in 2012, they worked with the VP of marketing to improve product specification materials for special events and assisted in improving the company website. Kyle also collaborated with Fiber Optics engineers on cable specifications and worked with Chinese counterparts for accurate product wording for international clients. In their earlier role as a Technical Support Specialist at the College of Western Idaho from 2011 to 2012, they provided technical support to students, troubleshooting email and mobile devices and assisting them in logging into student portals.

Kyle Jones attended the College of Western Idaho from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Web Development. Following that, from 2012 to 2017, they attended Lewis-Clark State College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Web Development.
