Rui Figueiredo

Rui Figueiredo currently serves as the Transformation Officer at TAP Air Portugal, a role assumed in January 2023. Initially, Rui held the position of Senior Manager Digital Transformation at Deloitte from March to November 2022, focusing on sales enablement and digital transformation initiatives in the aviation and airports industry. Prior experience includes Commercial Excellence Manager at Cleanwatts, where management and improvement of the sales department were key responsibilities, and a progressive tenure at NetJets from 2006 to 2020, culminating as Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives, overseeing global projects and strategic direction. Rui also contributed as Manager of PMO & Continuous Improvement at NetJets Europe and was an advisor to the CEO. Earlier career experience includes a roles at Accenture as a Management and Strategic Consultant and leadership positions in AIESEC. Rui holds an MBA in Business Strategy from ThePowerMBA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Instituto Superior Técnico, along with a degree in Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
