Currently serving as Senior Manager at Tap & Barrel Group since April 2023, Amanda previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at Browns Socialhouse from November 2020 to November 2022, where oversight of staff performance and communication between departments was key. Prior to that, Amanda was the General Manager at Kin Thai Kitchen and Bar from November 2017 to October 2020, excelling in delivering exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership and employee development. Amanda's career began as a Shift Lead at Green Bean Coffee House from January 2014 to April 2017 while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at The University of British Columbia, which was completed in 2017.
