Kharah Black is an accomplished event coordinator currently with Tap & Barrel Group since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Promotions Director at Jim Pattison Broadcast Group from September 2012 to September 2016, where Kharah designed and coordinated promotions for 101.3 The River. Additional roles at Jim Pattison Broadcast Group included Community Events Reporter and Interim Sales Representative. Leadership experience encompasses serving as President and VP Events for the UNBC Commerce Student Society, managing teams to deliver services and events for Commerce students. Kharah also has a solid educational background with a BCOMM in Marketing and Finance from the University of Northern British Columbia and pursued further studies in Acting for Film and Television at the Vancouver Institute of Media Arts.
