Prakash Rawat possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Close Lead at Tap & Barrel Group since September 2021. In addition, Prakash has been a Senior Range Chef at Havana Group of Restaurant & Cafe in Abu Dhabi since May 2016 and has also held the position of Senior Cook at the same establishment. Previous roles include Chef at Lavazza Espression and F&B Portion at Dyncorp International, where responsibilities included supervising food service operations and managing staffing. Additionally, Prakash worked as a Senior Cook in F&B Production at Ramee Group of Hotels. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, along with other relevant diplomas.
