Currently serving as Senior Sous Chef at Tap & Barrel Restaurants since May 2017, Zach has honed leadership and culinary skills. Previously, Zach worked at CRAFT Beer Market from May 2014 to June 2016, where responsibilities included both junior sous chef and line cook roles. Zach's foundational culinary education was completed at the Art Institute of Vancouver.
