Michelle Ruland

Michelle Ruland is an experienced sales and business development professional with a track record of building and scaling teams across technology companies. Currently serving as a Sales Consultant at theAppPlace (TAP) Innovations since August 2025, Michelle has held various leadership roles, including Director of Business Development at Solix Technologies, Inc., and Global Director of Business Development at both Avantra and Azul Systems.
