Frank Rarko is an accomplished restaurant professional with extensive management experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Tapas Revolution since November 2015, Frank has led the restaurant to receive the Best Spanish Restaurant in Birmingham award in 2016 and maintain a position among the Top 3 restaurants on TripAdvisor in Birmingham for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this role, Frank was the General Manager at The Restaurant Group plc for a brief period in 2015. From 2004 to 2014, Frank worked as an Area Manager for Casual Dining Group, overseeing the operations of 10 restaurants in the Midlands, managing 200 employees, and achieving a combined annual turnover exceeding £6 million.
