Manager, Customer Success Tech Solutions at Tapcart

Sahand A. began their career in 2011, working as an Assistant General Manager and Financial Manager at Vike's Inn and Cafe. In 2015, they moved to Bankers Life, where they worked as a Sales Representative and Product Marketing and Sales Representative. In 2016, they took an internship at Nationwide Financial, working in Private Sector Sales. Finally, in 2017, they joined Tapcart, where they have held the roles of Manager of Customer Success Tech Solutions, Team Lead of Technical Support, and Senior Implementation Specialist. In this latter role, they are responsible for launching apps onto the Tapcart platform, and acts as a liaison between the internal teams, customers, and App Stores.

Sahand A. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Cal State Fullerton's College of Business and Economics between 2013 and 2017. Sahand also obtained two additional certifications: Watson Analytics - Level 1 from IBM in September 2016 and WordPress.com Essential Training from Lynda.com in February 2017.
