Jaideep J. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2000, they worked as a Director of Engineering at Portal Wave. From 2001 to 2008, they served as the Sr. Director of Software at Novellus Systems, leading a global software and controls organization. Jaideep then joined Aquest Systems as the VP of Engineering, overseeing product development for semiconductor Fab AMHS. In 2016, Jaideep was appointed as the VP Data Platforms at Intertrust Technologies Corporation, where they formed a team to create an MVP product for the first smart grid customer. Alongside this role, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Lucas Graduate School of Business. Finally, in 2017, Jaideep became the CEO of TapClassifieds.

Jaideep J. has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University.
