Brendan McDonough has a diverse range of work experience. Brendan started their career as a Shooter at Stop It Goaltending from July 2013 to August 2014. Brendan then worked as an Athletic Communications Intern at Assumption College from January 2015 to May 2015. Brendan later joined Carpenter and Paterson Ltd. as a Sales and Marketing Intern from December 2014 to August 2015. Brendan then moved on to Lionbridge, where they held the position of Online Sales Representative from June 2016 to September 2017. In September 2017, Brendan was promoted to Senior Online Sales Representative and continued in this role until February 2018. Currently, they are employed at TapClicks as a Customer Success Manager, a position they have been holding since February 2018.

Brendan McDonough obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance from Assumption University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Brooks School from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Brendan McDonough holds a Customer Success Manager Certified Professional certification from Gainsight, which they obtained in December 2022.
