Currently serving as Chairperson at TapEffect since August 2019, Talmage emphasizes sustainable solutions for piped water systems. Previously, Talmage held the role of Chief Programs Officer at World Hope International, overseeing nearly 200 employees across multiple regions focused on vital sectors like Water & Energy and Climate Resiliency. As a co-founder of Jahoo Gibbon Camp and founder of First Finance, Talmage has contributed to affordable housing solutions and microfinance innovations. Talmage's commitment to social justice and community integration is evident from leadership roles at Hagar International and Vision Fund Cambodia. Educational credentials include executive training at the University of Cambridge and Harvard Business School, along with a BA in International Development from Wheaton College.
