Lindsay Austin

Lindsay Austin has over 14 years of experience in the design and multimedia industry. In 2005, they began their career as a Multimedia Designer at Real Living Business, The Commercial Partnership. Lindsay then worked as a Web Designer at Reflex Design & Technology in 2006, and as a Senior Web Designer at Limited Brands - Bath & Body Works Direct in 2009. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Web Designer (Contract) at Sears Holdings Corporation, and as an Art Director (Contract) at SolutionSet in 2012. In the same year, they founded TapePlay. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an Art Director at Edelman, and as a Lead Experience Designer at Digitas North America from 2018 to 2020. Lindsay currently serves as Manager of Customer Experience Design and Manager of User Experience Design at AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy. In their current role, they lead a team of UX and visual designers, copywriters and other design practitioners, utilizing significant expertise, data, research and patient insights to create ideal end-user experiences across multiple touchpoints.

Lindsay Austin attended Bowling Green State University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communications Technology.
