Tom Morgan is an accomplished analytics professional with extensive experience in the research and media planning sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Analytics at Tapestry Research since May 2017, Tom previously held the role of Director at Tom Morgan Research from September 2015 to June 2017. Their career began at Mindshare, where Tom spent over seven years, culminating in the position of Business Director for Business Planning. During this time, Tom focused on research and development for Mindshare’s global network, creating a theoretical decision-making model that integrates insights from academic psychology into media planning. Tom holds a Master of Science in Social Cognition from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
