Anna Carlsson currently serves in the role of Global People and Organization Development at Tapestry, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this, Anna was the Director of Organizational Development at E. & J. Gallo Winery from September 2020 to October 2021. Anna's earlier experience includes over a decade at EY, where roles included Management Consultant - Engagement Manager in People Advisory Services and various positions focused on Performance Improvement and Organizational Change. Anna also worked as a Consultant at Academic Work before pursuing a career in consulting. Anna holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Uppsala University and has engaged in studies at Alliance Manchester Business School and Boston University, where English Studies was the focus.
